Scope of Work: Tenant finish
This project consisted of building out a new 890-square-foot spa for customers at the Denver International Airport. Our team completed several tasks on this project to ensure a luxurious experience for all of Xpress Spa’s future customers. New finishes in the retail space included: gypsum board assemblies, tape and paint, floor tile, millwork, installation of overhead coiling door, along with electrical, mechanical and fire protection system installs.
