Scope of Work: Refurbishment
Our team removed the existing roof system of the shelter, and replaced the perimeter of the deteriorated roof sheathing, along with implementing a replacement structural beam. After completing the structural repairs, new composite shingles were installed. Additional masonry tuck pointing and chimney repairs were also completed on this project.
